Interchim uses spherical shaped particles instead of conventional flash media (irregular shaped 40-63u). Spherical silica provides 500% higher loading with 70% less solvent and reduces collection volume by 300%.

PuriFlash HC columns contain a new advanced silica technology based on ultra-high surface area spherical silica. In this example a 25 gram puriFlash column purified the same amount of sample loaded on a conventional 40 gram column. For higher loading and increased resolution the 25µ and 15µ columns are recommended. The smaller particle sizes increase resolution and provide up to 5 times the loading compared to conventional flash columns.
