Adjustable Sensitivity
The design of the detector flow cell allows you to change the optical path length to increase sensitivity. The default configuration for the flow cell is set to the lowest sensitivity (0.3mm). At this setting detection limits of 10mg are easily achieved. In some cases a weak chromophore will require higher sensitivity.
To increase sensitivity, two additional settings are available. By re-arranging the flow cell windows the path length is easily adjusted. | A Closer Look at Detector Technology

200 to 600 nm, Standard
200 to 840 nm, Option
- Minimum Threshold: 5 mAU,
No Missed Peaks
- Range -500 to 50,000 mAU,
No Plateau Peaks
- Second detector option ( ELSD, RI, ...)
- Collect and/or monitor two wavelengths
- Scan all or a wavelength range.
- Adjustable path length; 0.3, 1.4, 2.4mm
