The pre-packed cartridges are filled with acid washed activated carbon which provide maximum adsorption of contaminants and impurities.The filters in the cartridge retain 100% of the powder so additional filtration steps are not required to remove carbon particulate from the decolorized product. By using a pre-packed cartridge the handling of fine particulate powder is eliminated from the process which ultimately improves safety.

Less time is required by introducing the impure sample into the cartridge using high flow rates. From mg to multiple grams, there is a puriFlash Carbon column for faster and easier decolorization.
