PuriFlash Columns & Systems for Reverse Phase

RESULTS: Reverse phase requires the use of aqueous mobile phases, which generate much higher pressure when compared to normal phase. Steep gradients cause pressure spikes that shut down conventional flash systems. The data shows that a run performed on the puriFlash system provides similar chromatography when compared to the LC/MS analysis of the sample. The last major peak was resolved in 30 minutes and carried out to the next step in the reaction.
