Loading large volumes of sample, >30ml, can be a tedious task. This process can now be automated which provides a level of convenience and safety. PuriFlash software allows for the control of a secondary pump which automatically loads the sample on the column. Through pump injection is demonstrated below using one of the four channels of the puriFlash pump. Production scale purification is also realized by running a sequence of injections on the same column.
