Sample Loading, Load & Go™
Load & Go provides a means of automating the sample loading process. A six port valve controls two flow paths which allow for the equilibration of the purification column for liquid and dry load samples. This level of automation allows you to load your sample, start a run and walk away.

Software Settings
- Liquid load samples are loaded into a sample loop on the 6 port valve. During equilibration, the loop is outside the flow path. After the column equilibrates, the valve automatically changes position to flow through the loop pushing the sample to the column.
- Dry load samples are loaded on a dry load column and placed into the column holder. During equilibration, the dry load column is outside the flow path. After the purification column equilibrates, the valve automatically changes position to flow through the dry load column pushing the sample to the purification column.
