15µ for Problematic Diastereomers

RESULTS: We ran the same conditions on a puriFlash and a conventional flash system. Columns were the same size (40g) and a simple gradient ruled out any system-related performance. The puriFlash 15µ achieved pure material while the conventional flash column/system collected no pure fractions.
