Preparative HPLC

The puriFlash 450, 4100 and 4250 can be used as a traditional flash instrument or as a preparative HPLC. Similar to a preparative HPLC, the sample is loaded into the loop of the injection valve. A 2ml loop is standard with options up to 10ml.

	180mg Amide Gradient A. 2mM NH3 in Water B. 2mM NH3 in Acetonitrile 0-3 Minutes, 60% B 20 Minutes, 85% B 25 ml/min. UV @ 254 & 280nm
