The puriFlash is the only flash system which delivers flow rates up to 200ml/min at 400 psi/30 bar. This enables the system to utilize HPLC columns packed with high efficiency chiral stationary phases (CSPs).

In this example, a 30mm ID axial compression column was packed with 300g of Chiralpak OD, 20µ (SMB Grade). Automated sample injection was achieved by introducing the sample using one of the four channels of the quaternary gradient pump.
