Reverse Phase Detector SensitivityRESULTS: This data shows that a run for an Interchim customer on a puriFlash system provides similar chromatography when compared to the LC/MS analysis. The same column was used from a previous run demonstrating the column’s durability. The fact that a 13mg sample provides a good signal on the detector is helpful when working with smaller sample volumes. The customer was impressed that the same analytes were resolved on the puriFlash including all impurities and completed in 20 minutes. PuriFlash systems have great sensitivity and the columns can be re-used.
